How to reach us:

Traveling by Car

From Munich airport (40 km)
  1. Follow the signposts marked "Alle Richtungen" (All Directions) or the blue Autobahn signs.
     
  2. Take the A92 towards Munich.
     
  3. At the exit for Munich (München)/Stuttgart/Nürnberg (Nuremberg), take the A9 towards Munich. You will pass the München-Nord intersection, the Frankfurter Ring (ring road) and the Schwabing exit road..
     
  4. Continue driving straight ahead towards Mittlerer Ring Ost.
     
  5. After the right-hand bend before the Marriott hotel, immediately get into the left hand lane. You are now on the Mittlerer Ring Ost. You will pas the exit for Schwabing and Tucher Park.
     
  6. At the second set of traffic lights after the lights at the Arabella Sheraton Hotel (Effnerplatz), turn left into Stuntzstrasse.
     
  7. Take the second turning on the right (Hörselbergstrasse).

Parking spaces are available in our underground car park. Drive past our offices to the end of the building. The entrance is on the right hand side. Please inform us when you arrive so that we can open the door to the garage.

Coming from Nuremberg (A9)

Follow the A9 towards Munich. Continue your journey as described from point 5 above (after the right-hand bend before the Marriott hotel).

Coming from Stuttgart (A8)
  1. At the end of the München-West Autobahn, continue straight on following the signs for Nürnberg (Nuremberg) or the blue Autobahn sign into Verdistrasse.
     
  2. Turn left towards the Nuremberg Autobahn (Wintrichring). Continue to drive straight ahead on the Mittlerer Ring Ost, past the Olympic stadium and past the Marriott hotel. Do not leave the ring road – continue to follow this road. Drive past the exit for Schwabing and Tucher Park.
     
  3. At the second set of traffic lights after the lights at the Arabella Sheraton Hotel (Effnerplatz), turn left into Stuntzstrasse.
     
  4. Take the second turning on the right (Hörselbergstrasse).

Using Public Transportation System

From Munich airport

By S-Bahn (30 mins.)

Best choice: "Single-Tageskarte (Gesamtnetz)" costs: Euro 10; (one-day round-trip ticket for one person in the entire Munich public transportation system).

  1.  Take the S 8 S-Bahn (from the central section of the airport) towards Munich.
     
  2. Alight at the stop named “Leuchtenbergring”.
     
  3. Walk right and go through the subway towards Einsteinstrasse. Walk past the first intersection, but keep going in the same direction.
     
  4. At the following intersection of Prinzregentenstrasse and Richard-Strauss-Strasse, make a right turn into Prinzregentenstrasse.
     
  5. Take the third turning on your left into Wagenbauerstrasse. Walk straight ahead. Wagenbauerstrasse then becomes Hörselbergstrasse. The Abitz & Partners office is located on the left in Hörselbergstrasse.

From Munich Central Station

On the underground (15 mins.)

Single ticket: € 2.00

  1. At the railway station, follow the sign for “U 4”(the No. 4 underground train).
     
  2. Take the U 4 towards “Karlsplatz” and “Arabellapark”.
     
  3. Alight at the stop named “Böhmerwaldplatz”.
     
  4. Take the exit named “Stuntzstrasse”.
     
  5. After crossing over the intersection, you are in Stuntzstrasse.
     
  6. Take the second turning on the right (Hörselbergstrasse). The Abitz & Partners office is located on the right in Hörselbergstrasse.

By Taxi - Fare: 15 Euro.
